Yes. Every new client has a consultation before any treatment is carried out. We review your medical history, assess your skin or area of concern, talk through realistic outcomes and agree a plan together. For some treatments the consultation and treatment can take place at the same visit.
Come with clean skin and no make-up where possible, avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand, and keep out of strong sun or sunbeds in the days before. Please tell us about any medication, supplements or recent treatments, as some can affect bruising or healing.
Yes. We treat adults aged 18 and over. In England it is illegal to provide botulinum toxin or cosmetic dermal filler treatments to anyone under 18, and we apply an 18+ policy across our aesthetic treatments.
Absolutely. A significant number of our clients are men, and we regularly carry out skin treatments, laser hair removal, hair restoration, injectables and wellness assessments for male clients.
Very often, yes. Many of the best results come from combining treatments — for example pairing a resurfacing treatment with a hydrating one, or a collagen stimulator with skin boosters. We will map out the right order and spacing for you at your consultation.
Yes. Several of our treatments, including microneedling, laser hair removal, chemical peels and HydraFacial, work best as a course. Course pricing is available at the clinic and through our booking system — just ask and we will talk you through the options.
Please let us know as early as you can. You can amend or cancel through the online booking system, or call the clinic on 07770 888882. Giving us notice allows us to offer the slot to another client.

Anti-wrinkle injections use a muscle-relaxing agent to soften the movement that creates dynamic lines — typically frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet. The muscle relaxes, the skin above it creases less, and existing lines gradually look smoother.
Movement usually starts to soften from around day three to five, with the full effect at about two weeks. Results typically last three to four months. Many clients find the effect lasts a little longer once they have had a few regular treatments.
They do different jobs. Anti-wrinkle injections relax muscle movement to soften expression lines. Dermal fillers are gels that add volume, structure and definition — restoring cheek projection, refining the jawline or smoothing static folds. They are often used together as part of one plan.
Most hyaluronic acid fillers last somewhere between six and eighteen months, depending on the product used, the area treated, how much movement that area has and your own metabolism. Firmer fillers placed in areas such as the chin or jaw tend to last longest.
Profhilo is a bio-remodelling treatment rather than a volumiser. It is ultra-pure hyaluronic acid that spreads through the skin instead of holding a shape, delivering deep hydration and stimulating collagen and elastin. The result is better skin quality, firmness and glow, not added volume. It is given as two sessions four weeks apart.
Polynucleotides are regenerative injectables made from purified DNA fragments. Rather than filling or freezing, they work at cell level to improve hydration, elasticity and skin repair. They are particularly popular for the delicate under-eye area, and for thin or crepey skin on the face and neck.
Sculptra is a collagen stimulator made from poly-L-lactic acid. It prompts your own skin to build new collagen over the following weeks, so the change is gradual and natural looking rather than instant. A course is usually needed, and results can last up to two years.
PRP uses your own blood. A small sample is taken, spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets and growth factors, then reintroduced into the skin or scalp to encourage repair and regeneration. Because it is derived from you, the risk of a reaction is very low.
Most people find them very manageable. The needles are extremely fine, and treatments involving filler generally use products containing local anaesthetic, with numbing cream applied beforehand where needed. Expect a brief sting or pressure rather than lasting pain.
Usually very little. Small raised bumps, redness or mild swelling at the injection points are normal and settle within a few hours to a couple of days. Bruising is possible, particularly around the lips and eyes. We advise avoiding strenuous exercise, saunas, facials and alcohol for 24 hours.
All injectable treatments are carried out following a face-to-face consultation and medical assessment. Any treatment involving a prescription medicine can only be provided after that assessment, and we will always discuss suitability, risks and aftercare with you before proceeding.
Most clients find the treatment very tolerable. A prescription-strength numbing cream is applied beforehand to ensure your comfort. You may feel light pressure or a gentle vibration, but discomfort is minimal.
Downtime is minimal. You will experience redness and mild swelling, similar to a light sunburn, which typically subsides within 24 to 48 hours. Most clients resume normal activities the very next day.
For optimal, transformative results, a course of 3 to 6 sessions, spaced approximately four weeks apart, is generally recommended. Your practitioner will customise your treatment plan based on your individual skin needs and goals.
Some clients notice an immediate healthy glow. Visible improvement in texture and tone generally appears within 2 to 3 weeks, with the most significant, structural results seen 3 to 6 months after your final treatment as new collagen continues to build.
SkinPen was the first FDA-cleared microneedling device, establishing the global standard for safety and precision. It exclusively uses sterile, single-use needle cartridges to completely eliminate the risk of cross-contamination and is supported by robust clinical studies proving its effectiveness and reliability.
HydraFacial is a medical-grade facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates in one session using patented vortex technology. Rather than manual extractions, it uses gentle suction to lift away debris while simultaneously delivering serums into the skin. It takes around 30 to 60 minutes and needs no recovery time.
Monthly is the sweet spot for most people, roughly in line with your skin’s natural renewal cycle. If you are working on a specific concern such as congestion or dullness, we may suggest a slightly more intensive run of treatments to begin with.
Yes — it is one of the most popular pre-event treatments precisely because there is no peeling or downtime. We would usually suggest booking three to seven days before the event, and having a first session further in advance so you know how your skin responds.
A chemical peel uses a controlled solution to lift away dull, damaged surface cells and trigger renewal underneath. Peels range from very light refreshers through to deeper resurfacing formulas. The right strength depends on your skin type, your concern and how much downtime you can accommodate — we decide this together at consultation.
Expect some redness and a tight feeling on the day. Depending on the depth of the peel, light flaking or dryness usually appears from day two or three and settles within about a week. Daily SPF is essential afterwards, and we will give you a full aftercare plan.
Yes, with the right assessment and protocol. Deeper skin tones can be more prone to pigment change, so device settings, peel strength and pre-treatment preparation are adjusted accordingly. This is exactly what your consultation is for.
After a HydraFacial you can usually apply make-up the same day, although we suggest giving your skin the evening off. After microneedling or a peel, we ask you to wait at least 24 hours and to use clean brushes and fresh products when you do.
The laser targets the pigment in the hair, converting light to heat and disabling the follicle at its root. Because hair grows in cycles and only actively growing hairs can be treated, a course of sessions spaced four to six weeks apart is needed to catch every follicle at the right stage.
Most areas need somewhere between six and eight sessions for a substantial reduction, though this varies with the area treated, your hair type and hormonal factors. Some clients choose an occasional maintenance session afterwards.
It works best on dark hair, because the laser is drawn to pigment. Grey, white, very light blonde and some red hair contain too little pigment to respond reliably. We will assess your hair and skin type at consultation and be straight with you about the likely outcome.
Shave the area 24 hours before your appointment — do not wax, pluck or use epilation for at least four weeks beforehand, as the root needs to be present. Avoid sun exposure, sunbeds and fake tan in the run-up, and come with clean skin free of deodorant, lotion or make-up.
The correct term is permanent hair reduction. Treated follicles are disabled for good, but hormonal changes can prompt new follicles to become active over time, so occasional top-up sessions may be needed to maintain your result.
They are injectable solutions that break down the membrane of fat cells in a small, defined pocket so the body can clear them naturally. They suit stubborn areas that resist diet and exercise — under the chin, the flanks, inner thighs or bra line. They are not a weight loss treatment and are not a substitute for one.
Typically two to four sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Swelling, tenderness and firmness in the treated area are expected and are part of how the treatment works — this is usually most noticeable in the first week and settles over the following weeks.
High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound delivers energy to the deeper support layers of the skin, including the layer targeted in surgical lifting. That controlled heat triggers new collagen, producing a gradual lifting and tightening effect across the brow, jawline and neck without surgery or downtime.
Some tightening can be noticed early on, but the real change builds over eight to twelve weeks as collagen regenerates. Results from a full treatment commonly last around a year, depending on your age, skin condition and lifestyle.
You will feel warmth and short prickling sensations as the energy is delivered, which most people describe as very manageable. It is a sensation that comes and goes with each pulse rather than continuous discomfort, and there is no recovery period afterwards.
Our approach begins with working out why hair is thinning — pattern hair loss, stress, nutritional deficiency and hormonal factors all need different handling. Treatment commonly combines regenerative scalp injections using your own platelets with targeted scalp therapy, delivered as a course with maintenance sessions to follow.
It works best where follicles are miniaturising but still present — in other words, where hair is thinning rather than completely absent. Areas that have been fully bald for many years are unlikely to respond. We will give you an honest assessment before you commit to a course.
It begins with a full medical assessment covering your health history, current medication, measurements and goals. From there we build a supervised plan with regular reviews and ongoing support. Because suitability is individual and any medical element is decided case by case, this is always discussed in a private consultation rather than online.
Suitability depends on your measurements, medical history and current medication, and is assessed in person. Some people are better served by a different approach, and we will tell you if that is the case. Our aim is a safe, sustainable result rather than a quick fix.
It is a blood-based assessment looking at markers such as thyroid function, sex hormones and related health indicators. Clients typically come to us with persistent fatigue, low mood, weight changes, poor sleep, changes in their cycle, or perimenopausal symptoms, wanting a clearer picture than they have been able to get so far.
Your results are interpreted in the context of your symptoms, not just the reference ranges, and are reviewed with you at a follow-up appointment. We will explain what the numbers mean, what can be addressed here, and where a referral to your GP or a specialist is the right next step.
B12 supports red blood cell production and normal nerve and brain function. Injections are commonly used where levels are low or where absorption from food is reduced — for example in people following a vegan diet, those with certain digestive conditions, and some people taking long-term medication that affects absorption.
That depends on your levels and the reason behind them. Some clients have a loading course followed by maintenance injections every few months; others need them more regularly. We would rather guide this with testing than guess.
It is a non-surgical, injection-based approach aimed at reducing pain and improving function in joints such as the knee, shoulder or hip. Depending on your assessment this may involve regenerative injections using your own platelets, or lubricating injections that improve joint cushioning.
It tends to help most in mild to moderate joint wear, where there is still joint space and reasonable movement. Advanced degeneration may need an orthopaedic opinion instead. We start with a full assessment and will refer you on, or ask for imaging, if that is what your situation calls for.
